Current situation: this website does not have Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, embedded YouTube or Google Maps, and does not install advertising cookies. The only first-party storage used is what is necessary to remember the choice made in the privacy manager.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website can store on a user’s device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, can also retain a preference between visits. Some technologies are strictly necessary to provide a requested function; others, such as analytics or marketing technologies, require a legal basis and, where applicable, prior consent.
2. What this website actually uses
The site uses localStorage only to remember the decision made in the banner and settings panel. This storage is not used to build profiles, measure audiences, track browsing across websites or display advertising.
The “Preferences”, “Analytics” and “Marketing” categories appear in the panel so that the architecture is ready, but they currently have no associated technologies. They remain disabled by default. If an optional tool is added in the future, this policy must be updated, the consent version increased and a new choice requested before it is loaded.
3. Cookie and storage table
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
mb_cookie_consent_v1 | Browser local storage | Necessary | Remember the privacy choice and the categories accepted or rejected. | Until the user clears browser storage or the consent version changes. | First-party |
There are currently no first- or third-party analytics, additional preference or marketing cookies.
4. How to accept, reject or configure
On the first visit, a layer appears with three options of equal visibility: Reject, Configure and Accept all. Optional categories are not pre-selected.
You can reopen the panel at any time using the link in the footer. From that panel you can save new preferences or reject optional categories.
If you clear browser storage, the website will ask for your choice again on your next visit.
5. Browser settings
Browsers allow you to review or delete cookies and site data from their privacy settings. The exact menu name varies by browser and version. If you delete this site’s data, the preference saved by the cookie manager will also be removed.
6. Legal basis
The consent manager is designed with reference to the general rule in Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s consent criteria: accept and reject options are presented at the same time, at the same level and with equal visibility. Storage that is strictly necessary to remember the preference is limited to that purpose.
