Understand in order to support

I support children and their families in understanding how each child learns, offering respectful, individualised guidance inspired by Montessori pedagogy and coordinated with the family and school.

An individualised approach

Understand before intervening

The aim is not simply to address a difficulty, but to understand the child as a whole: how they learn, their strengths, and the environment they need to build autonomy, confidence and wellbeing.

01

Observe

Observe the learning and development process carefully, without reducing the child to a label or a difficulty.

02

Understand

Identify needs, strengths and useful strategies through psychopedagogy and a respectful perspective.

03

Support

Build personalised support in coordination with the family, school and other professionals when needed.

Observe while they learn. Hands-on exploration, trying and discovering make it possible to support the process based on what each child shows and needs.
“Every child deserves to be understood before being judged, and supported from their strengths.”

The environment supports too

Spaces designed for independent action

Order, accessibility and appropriate materials are part of the support process. It is not only about what is learned, but also about creating conditions that encourage curiosity, autonomy and confidence.

How I work

Support that begins with observation and continues through teamwork

Learning and development do not happen in isolation. Support is therefore built around the child, the family and, where appropriate, the school and other professionals.

01

Listen

Begin with the family’s concerns and the context surrounding the child.

02

Observe

Understand the child’s profile, developmental stage, strengths and needs.

03

Personalise

Design strategies and approaches tailored to each child, without rigid formulas.

04

Coordinate

Work with the family and, when needed, with the school and other professionals.
